HR staff can define calendar parameters and department parameters, helps to customize module according to organization business processes.

HRM (Human Resource Management)

T&A (Time and Attendance)
T&A module helps to track down employee attendance and mange to manage rosters and shifts in different departments in the university. Module can be customized to work according to department needs. Module consists of integrated sub modules for different processes, as an example leave management sub module handles leave approval and informing employee and relevant departments accordingly. Module designed to integrate with technologies like RFID tags, smart cards and bio matrix.
