V - Security

Security module is spreading throughout the system as explained in both the diagrams. This can be categorized as a advance security module.  V-Security is built in advance security architecture, in general security modules rules are embedded or hard corded, but with V-Security administrator can customized it according to user requirements.

Some of the security instances security module enables,

- Security can be applied rules base instances and program or course based instances, and administrator can select priority levels for modules.

- Module allows system administrators to create user groups and single user authority levels, as well as define authority in two different levels.

- Administrator can assign authority levels based on rules plus programs/ courses. A rule explains enable functions (ADD, EDIT, VIEW, DELETE and etc…) for a
particular user and program/ course enables courses and programs for a particular user or a group.

- Based on predefine rules and course levels UMS enables users to access UMS in different levels.

- Authority clashes are predefined in UMS security module. Single user authority is over rights group authority rights and denies access will be prioritized over allowed access.
